Return Policy

Our return & exchange policy is 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your items have shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Controllers must have the warranty sticker intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Holiday Returns

Returns for orders placed between November 15 and December 31 will be accepted until January 15 of the following year (for example, an order placed on November 28, 2017, may be returned up until January 15, 2018), or as the regular policy term period allows, whichever is longer.  All other terms and conditions of the standard return policy apply.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through the form below.

Orders and Pre-Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped yet – just contact us through the form below.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
